To manage the tasks of individual users in GEORG, follow this path:
Administration – User management – Edit user account – Manage tasks
The Manage Tasks option allows you to move, copy or delete responsibilities. You can also save a selection of tasks as roles.
If an employee leaves your company or takes over the tasks of a colleague, the action Move tasks is used. With this function you can transfer all or part of the tasks to the successor with just a few clicks and withdraw them from the person currently in charge.
If, for example, an employee takes over the tasks of the data protection officer, the tasks of the person who also holds this position can be selected and then copied. The tasks are copied along with the date and interval.
Select this function to withdraw several delegations from a user. To do this, select the desired tasks and execute the action.
Save as role:
With this function all tasks from a task area (e.g. manager) can be saved as a role. For more information on the role function, please refer to the Roles section of the Administrator’s Manual.
