Eticor awarded as one of the best employers in Bavaria!

Grosswallstadt, April 1, 2020 – Eticor has been named one of the best employers in the “Bavaria’s Best Employers 2020” state competition organized by Great Place to Work®.

This was announced today by the research and consulting institute Great Place to Work®. On March 12, 2020, Eticor was already awarded the title of “Best Employer im Consulting” .

The award was given to companies that offer their employees a particularly good and attractive corporate culture – another seal of quality for Eticor.

The award was preceded by an extensive anonymous survey of Eticor employees on key workplace issues such as trust in management, quality of cooperation, appreciation, identification with the company, career development opportunities, compensation, health promotion and work-life balance.

In addition, the management was asked about promotional measures and offers of human resources work in the company. The results of the two internationally proven survey instruments (Great Place to Work® Employee Survey + Culture Audit) were weighted at a ratio of 2:1; the immediate evaluation of the employees is therefore the main focus.

Bavarian companies of all sectors and sizes took part in the current Great Place to Work® state competition “Bavaria’s Best Employers 2020”. They voluntarily submitted themselves to an independent audit of their workplace culture by the Great Place to Work® Institute and the judgment of their own employees. The list of the best employers was determined from the overall field of participants (benchmarking differentiated according to company size). All participants benefited from the differentiated assessment of their position and the impulses for their further development as good and attractive employers, regardless of their ranking on the list of the best.

Partners of the Bavarian Great Place to Work® State Initiative, which was launched in 2014, and of the competition “Bavaria’s Best Employers” are bayme vbm – Die bayerischen Metall- und Elektro-Arbeitgeber e. V., Das Demographie Netzwerk e. V. (ddn) and the Süddeutsche Zeitung. The umbrella organization is the nationwide competition “Germany’s Best Employers”, which has been held annually since 2002.
